See this connection's own access and limits
access_get: what THIS connection is allowed to do for the buyer and, if it can send requests to dealerships, its own daily limit and how much of it is used today.
Who can use it
Any connected assistant. It needs no extra permission and shows nothing about dealerships, prices or the buyer. It is listed only where it is turned on. Sign in with OAuth. See Authentication.
Arguments
This tool takes no arguments.
What it returns
The connection's access and limits. A count of null means it could not be read: say you could not check, and do not guess. A class or client limit may refuse sooner than the per-connection daily limit shown. When a limit is reached, stop and tell the buyer.
Errors
A call the tool cannot do answers with isError: true and a body of the form { "error": { "code": "...", "message": "..." } }. Branch on error.code; the codes are on the Errors page. A missing or no longer valid token gets a sign-in challenge instead: a JSON-RPC error with code -32001 and a WWW-Authenticate header. See Authentication.
Example
A tools/call request to https://www.ridekick.com/api/mcp:
{
"jsonrpc": "2.0",
"id": 1,
"method": "tools/call",
"params": {
"name": "access_get",
"arguments": {}
}
